The procedure to get access to kept information.

The request for information must include the reason why (and purpose thereof) it is required and by whom. The reason(s) need to justify that the information is required to exercise and / or protect a specific identified law / right. This request needs to be submitted in writing by letter or email and must accompany the requestors details and contact information.

Information that is kept to identify a customer (that requires future help or guidance with the product bought) is:
Product ID number
Name or Initials
Surname
Postal address
Email address
Date of birth
Product request date
Payment date
Payment amount

The above information is not for sale to anyone and is mainly kept to identify existing customers.
